*** Each tumbling and gymnastics class incorporates flexibility and conditioning exercises to prepare students to move up, as well as placing value on proper technique and form.***

Parent Tot Gymnastics- (ages walking to 3)

Have fun with your little ones as they learn to roll, jump and explore movement. The goal of this class is to help your toddler interact with others and gain confidence on gymnastics equipment, all with your help. Open to boys and girls walking to age 3. Dream Chasers Staff will lead the class.

Tiny Dreamers - Pre-School Gymnastics(ages 3 and 4)

Focuses on learning the foundation of gymnastics.  Children will learn how to run, jump, roll and swing, all while developing listening skills, endurance and strength.  Children will also be introduced to bars, beam, Tumbl Trak and floor.  The class will include fun games that will teach following directions, interacting with peers and movement of fine motor skills.

Little Gems - Beginner Gymnastics (ages 5 to 10)

Beginner gymnastics class that focuses on learning the foundation of gymnastics.

The class will include instruction on uneven bars, balance beam, floor, and vault.

Beginner Tumbling (ages 5 and up)

Focuses on basic tumbling skills such as forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs,  front limbers and bridge kick overs.  

Intermediate Tumbling (ages 6 and up)

Builds off prior skills learned in the beginner tumbling class.  Students will learn skills such as one armed cartwheels, front and back walkovers, dive rolls, and backward extension rolls.  Front/back handsprings and side aerials are introduced.

Intermediate Gymnastics (ages 8 and up)

This class is the next step up from Little Gems.  Students will build on to skills previously learned and the level of difficulty will increase.  Instruction will still be on uneven bars, balance beam, floor and vault.

Advanced Tumbling (ages 7 and up)

Students will learn and practice running tumbling skills such as round off back handsprings, round off back handspring back tucks, pikes, layouts, standing back tucks, front tucks, and front/side aerials. 

Private Lessons (Available upon Request)

One on one instruction with an individualized plan.  Goals will be set, with the intention to obtain each one or as many as possible.
